Nutrition Consulting

Your own body is your greatest ally to your health. When one system is not working efficiently, it can have a dominoing negative impact on other systems. If you learn and take steps to support your foundational health, then the improved foundation can be a corrective force in the rest of your body.

The difficulty is knowing how best to support your foundational health in order to get the momentum started in the positive direction.

Nutrition Consulting is an educational therapy focused on helping you discover how to do exactly that. It consists of better understanding four things.

  • How the body is supposed to work.
  • Ways to monitor how your body is working.
  • Which specific biochemical imbalances may be affecting your health.
  • What you can do to correct imbalances to improve your health.

Unlike medicine that focuses on addressing symptoms and treating diseases, Nutrition Consulting focuses on understanding and addressing the foundational health imbalances that are really having a negative impact. By improving the most basic aspects of your health, your body can self-correct, and you create a restorative domino effect in the healing direction.

Working Together

Nutrition Consulting is a process of self-discovery and personal empowerment. You will be personally involved in your own care. In fact, the quality of your care will be dictated by your own level of involvement. Some call this being a conscious client.

My role in our partnership is to be your guide and mentor throughout the process.

  • I will teach you how to measure and monitor your own body chemistry in your own home.
  • I will analyze the data you collect, and help you understand optimal body chemistry compared to any specific imbalances that we discover.
  • I will explain how these imbalances can affect your health.
  • I will help you identify actions you can take to improve and correct those imbalances.

After our initial consultation, we will likely plan to meet every two weeks or so for about three months. During these short check-ins we will review the data you are monitoring, assess the progress you are making, and make changes as needed.
